Instructional Designer/Developer – Biotech/Pharma ERP Implementation
Are you an experienced Instructional Designer/Developer with a passion for creating impactful learning solutions? Our client in the Biotech/Pharma industry is looking for a skilled professional to support a Microsoft D365 ERP implementation.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with L&D, IT, and project teams to design and develop engaging learning programs—ranging from quick reference guides to eLearning courses and video content—that ensure a smooth and successful rollout.
What You’ll Bring:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 (or comparable ERP systems)

Strong expertise with Articulate 360, especially Rise and Storyline

Ability to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly learning solutions

Rate: $70–$75/hour 1099
