Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Technical Training Facilitator to deliver in person training, along with some virtual instructor-led sessions, for an Oracle implementation supporting a large organization in the utility industry.
This is a full-time, 1099 contract requiring immediate availability through September 30, 2026. Most in-person training sessions will be full-day sessions, delivered up to four days per week and approximately three weeks per month. Candidates may live anywhere in the United States but must be able to travel extensively throughout the southern states. All approved travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience delivering in-person technical or systems-based training
- Must have utility industry training experience
- Must have experience with at least one of the following:
- Oracle CC&B or CCMB
- Oracle MDM
- Oracle C2M, Cash to Meter
- Extensive experience delivering both in-person and virtual training
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly flexible and adaptable
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS in Education or a related field, or equivalent experience facilitating learning, desired
Timeline: Immediate start through September 30, 2026
Location: Remote-based with extensive travel throughout the southern states
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week; approximately four full-day, in-person training sessions per week, three weeks per month on average
Contract Type: 1099
Target Rate: $67 per hour
