A Rare Opportunity

TrainingPros is conducting a targeted search for one exceptional Relationship Manager to join our team. We are seeking an accomplished Learning & Development (L&D) professional with strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

This is a highly selective process. We are looking for an individual whose experience, values, and leadership style align with our unique business model and long-term vision.

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will bring the following qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate Learning & Development, either as a leader or senior practitioner who has transitioned into consulting.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges, develop strategic solutions, and successfully convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills with executives, clients, and consultants.

  • Experience interviewing, assessing, and selecting high-quality talent.

  • Active involvement in professional organizations such as ATD or similar industry associations, or a willingness to become actively engaged.

  • Success working independently, as an entrepreneur, consultant, or within a small organization (50 employees or fewer).

Why This Role?

This opportunity is ideal for experienced L&D professionals who want the independence of running their own business while benefiting from the collaboration, resources, and support of an established national organization.

Many of our Relationship Managers are former corporate learning leaders or previous TrainingPros clients who chose consulting as the next stage of their careers.
