About the role

We are seeking an experienced instructional design specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences that support business objectives and employee performance.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in instructional design, with advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360. They demonstrate strong executive presence, excel at building cross-functional relationships, and have a proven ability to partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into engaging, effective learning solutions.

Candidates will be required to complete a work sample test as part of the selection process.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain engaging digital, instructor-led, and blended learning programs.
  • Create interactive eLearning content using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and collaborate with business partners to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams — including Product Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Technology — to develop training that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Apply adult learning theory, instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM, and learning science best practices to create engaging learner experiences.
  • Develop assessments, job aids, facilitator guides, learner guides, and performance support materials.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback, assessments, and business performance metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure learning content is accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational branding and quality standards.

What you'll bring

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, learning and development, human resources, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, corporate training, or sales enablement.
  • Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
  • Experience designing engaging eLearning, microlearning, and blended learning solutions.
  • Experience administering or developing content in a learning management system (LMS) and in sales enablement platforms such as Highspot or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting sales training and sales enablement programs, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong executive presence, with a proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner with senior leaders, executives, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, influence stakeholders, present recommendations, and drive alignment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with multimedia tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
