We are looking for a hands-on Sales Enablement Platform Specialist to support our clients' sales enablement platforms and content ecosystem, including Highspot. This role will focus on platform administration, content organization and governance, user support, and reporting. Highspot administration or Seismic experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Administer and maintain assigned Highspot Spots, including building and updating curated pages.
- Support user management, permissions, and other day-to-day platform administration.
- Maintain content and support content owners with publishing, organization, and lifecycle management.
- Follow established content governance standards and assist with content audits and cleanup.
- Support Highspot integration with Salesforce and other GTM systems.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide platform guidance, documentation, and best practices.
- Monitor platform adoption, search behavior, content usage, reporting, and overall platform health.
- Assist with the analysis of usage and search data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and recommend improvements to content searchability, organization, user experience, and overall platform effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Highspot administration or Seismic experience (required).
- Strong understanding of taxonomy, content governance, permissions, and information architecture.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting end users and helping drive platform adoption.
- Comfort working with reporting, usage data, and platform analytics.
- Understanding of SaaS sales processes, GTM workflows, and seller needs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Marketing, and other GTM stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with similar platforms such as Showpad, SharePoint, Guru, or Salesforce Knowledge.
- Experience supporting Salesforce or other GTM systems and integrations.
- Experience with Highspot reporting, analytics, or content governance.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
Timeline: ASAP start through February 28. 2027
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Location: 100% Remote (EST/CST time zones preferred)
Target Rate: $58/hr 1099
